Meditation requires chutzpah:
consistency, fortitude and trust---trust that you will attain what is in your best
and highest interest. Meditation should preempt anything else that could hinder
this most important period of your day. It should take place, ideally, at sunrise
or sunset, every day. If neither of those times of the day works for you,
choose one that does. I have personally found that sunset is the best time for
achieving the highest meditative states. Both sunrise and sunset are known to
be the times when “the veil” between our physical world and the spiritual world
is the thinnest, thereby allowing one to enter
into such magnificent realms that are rarely accessible by any other means.
Though it is possible to achieve just about anything, when the mind, heart and
spirit are in sync with one’s determination to get what they want, on any
level, there are times, places, conditions and guides that grant us greater flexibility and
cause for attainment by flowing with the forces that be. Thus, meditating at
the most opportune times of the day will usually be sunset and/or sunrise.
The more you meditate, the
more you will feel just how splendid and magical your life is becoming.
Miracles will happen---little ones, as well as big ones. It is because, when
you meditate all the time, it’s as if
you wiggle yourself into a comfy, snug, safe, bright, cheery and fluffy cloud.
You will just know that everything is
ok, that Life really is good, that your life
really is good. You won’t worry. In fact, you won’t even worry about worrying.
You’ll be too busy living at higher life energies---frequencies, where your
life will now be engaged in those experiences, situations, people and forms of creative
expression that will bring you much---if not all---of what your heart and soul
desire. And what about those problems? They get fixed. They go away. You will
be led out of negative circumstances. Just keep meditating.
Like anything worthwhile,
we’ve got to put forth something up
front. In this instance, it is meditation. When you meditate, over even a short
period of time, you will find yourself coming more and more into your own: You
are aligning yourself with the Universe itself, connecting with the Divine. That’s
what happens every time you meditate; we enter into “That World”. This is when you will feel free.
Imagine the world where
everyone meditated.

Soon, I will write here
about the essence of meditation.
How you
meditate determines how high and how well you raise your frequency. See you
then.
