The least thing that you will get, as your frequency continues to rise---as your personal vibration develops more and more power---is a free ride in life. As a matter of fact, those people who “ride” at super-high frequencies are usually those who carve greater avenues of personal success and real freedom for themselves
A heightened frequency does
not make us do anything that we are not
inclined or motivated to do. It’s the other way around: Frequency stimulates us to want to do more, be more, feel better about ourselves and our
world. You will find yourself thriving at greater heights of delight
in your life, as you continue spiraling up your frequency vortex.
One thing is certain, though:
Your frequency will keep you spinning at lofty
heights as long as you follow the rules: Be responsible with
your life and all that it encompasses; be responsible in how you are with others---including
animals, nature and your possessions. They all
vibrate at a particular frequency as well; they are all part of the whole.
There are many ways to raise your
frequency----just take a look on the Internet---anything from rolling down
hills, laughing away, to rubbing your hands together in a certain way, chanting
mantras….and some of my favorites: meditation (the all-time biggie), creative
expression, seeking and creating beauty,
exercise and journal writing. However, unless we incorporate habits within ourselves---which actually become
integrated within our psyche---those above-mentioned
practices will only take us half-way to where our frequency will bring our
mind, heart and spirit the greatest satisfaction. From a centered, whole being, we will have peace, balance
and completeness. From there, you can take your life wherever you choose,
knowing that all is well and that you are safe, healthy and wise.
To maintain a high frequency
consistently, we must always pay attention to what we’re doing: What are we thinking about? What words are coming
out of our mouths? What are our attitudes and intentions toward other people?
Are we genuinely caring for our body---are we caring for other people? Are we
kind, generous of spirit, heart and mind? As we grow in consciousness, those
attributes become more poignant and we express ourselves more lovingly, gently
and considerately. If you’ve got that in your pocket, the rest unravels effortlessly
before you.
Once you’re there, you just need to make sure that you stay there. Keeping your frequency up all the time takes vigilance. Revving up your frequency does not warrant a free ride; but the just deserts that it does dish out are worth more than anyone can imagine. If you slump, you slump. We all slump. Sometimes we even crash. We are human, after all. Our goal is to flow with grace during the hard times, and do our best to pick ourselves up and continue on our divine path. Living at high levels of frequency does not prevent us from getting those unwanted and seemingly unwarranted curve balls. But it does keep us better fit and fortified to manage them with panache and a favorable outcome. One thing is certain: A high-frequency life does evade a lot of problems and setbacks. Life flows a lot more freely and happily when you’re riding high.
The life which is not examined is not worth living. Plato
