FREQUENCY CALIBRATING
If you were to calibrate your
frequency, based on your daily living,
how would you rate it on a
scale of one to one hundred---one hundred representing utter bliss? “Utter
bliss” is quite relative to each individual. My idea of utter bliss is the
following: self-fulfillment---whatever that may be, fitness and overall good
health, many good, solid friendships, money is abundant, freedom, autonomy, a
healthy intimate relationship, creative expression. I could go on, but that is the gist of it
I honestly cannot put my
overall life’s frequency at a perfect 100,
but I feel safe enough to say
that it’s strong at 80%, the majority of the time; and frequently, I could give
my life a whopping 90%!
-->
Even so, we can’t ever take our life’s “highs” for granted
because all it takes is just one tiny nasty thought or comment, for example, and the
plummeting ensues.
Life really is a balancing act, and we’ve got
to be on top of it all the time. We’re humans, after all; we’re not flawless.
We are meant to make mistakes; otherwise, how would we ever
learn what we need to learn? That’s why, sometimes, it’s not always helpful to
our spiritual development to have an easy Earth life---all the time. Then,
there is no growth, no understanding of staying in alignment with those very
important Universal principles----unless
you are an individual who has already mastered the Laws of Life and you get it. And even those people, at some point in their lives, will learn lessons, for
that is what it is all about. The Universe is constantly expanding; so, we have to expand along with it. Otherwise, there would be a tug-of-war
between the Universe and us. Not possible. If we’re going to grow, we’ve got to
keep learning. Imagine never learning anything ever again, however difficult it
may be.
If I weren’t focused on every
aspect of my life, my frequency could drop drastically---and stay there for
some time---if I maintained a morose, ungrateful and/or selfish style.
So, let’s put a few human
features on a makeshift chart.
These are based on my own personal view, relative to my
understanding and experience with frequency.
Jealousy 40%
Anger 70%
You might wonder why I put Anger
30% higher than Jealousy.
Here’s
why: When you’re jealous, you give part or all of yourself away.
Our
greatest gift is who we are. To wish
we were someone else or
that
we had what they have is to dismiss
the importance of our own
magnificent
essence.
Anger is sometimes necessary to protect ourselves or another. It is to stand
up for what we believe to be right---to defend ourselves, a cause,
another
person or an abused animal. Sometimes anger is the wrong course to choose;
that’s when frequency drops. When you’re angry for the wrong reason, your frequency will let you know, in no uncertain
terms, that you blew it!
Now, back to our list:
Generosity 100% - when it’s genuine, from the heart, and
doesn’t
impair our lives.
Hatred
0% Any questions?
Gossip 50%
Love 100% - only when it’s the real thing
Swearing 65%
Junk Food 65%
A Smile 90% - only when it’s the real thing
A Smirk 50%
Revenge 20%
Psychotherapy 70%
Meditation 90-99%
Keep in mind that these
figures are somewhat arbitrary, based on my knowledge and understanding of
frequency. In addition, when our frequency slumps, it is usually for just a
short time---especially if we pay attention to our faux pas, misspoken words
and mishaps.
Maintaining your frequency at
high levels, most of the time, requires diligence and care.

frequency scale, using other
