Freedom is not having nothing
to do, so you can do whatever you like. That can actually be more “stuckness”
than any kind of freedom---particularly if there is no purpose to “whatever you
like to do”, on an ongoing basis throughout your life.
Freedom is basically the
experience of having a joyful spirit. It is your spirit that brings you freedom; freedom is happiness. You can have all the money you want, houses,
clothes, cars, friends, children, and on and on. But having does not equate with freedom.
True freedom resides in the territory of spirit. Having all of life’s mundane goodies certainly does not determine freedom; and without true inner freedom, no one is genuinely happy. Inner freedom is within
your spirit.
A happy spirit resonates with
a high, vibrating frequency; one cannot be
without the other because they resonate at the same rate.
People often get confused
about their lives: Where are they going? What are they doing in such and such a
job, where they aren’t happy? Should
they do this, or should they do that? They don’t know---they are lost---because their frequency is dragging. It is dragging
because they have locked themselves up, tightly,
within themselves. They don’t know where to go, they don’t know how to get out. Here’s how you get out: You
raise your frequency.
Raising your frequency takes
discipline, consistency, dedication and will.
It is not something that can be “tried out”. One needs to be serious and
resolute about changing the way they are living---the way they are thinking,
speaking, behaving; they need to create a new platform for a new way of running
their lives, a new way of seeing how
Life really works….on their behalf, no less
A high frequency is not
difficult to achieve, nor is it difficult to maintain. In fact, the higher you
raise your frequency, the better you become as a more conscious human being; this, in turn, empowers you to live in a
high-frequency zone for the rest of your life.
It is completely up to the
individual to make the decision to change
for the better---for the best that they can possibly achieve for themselves,
and even for those around them. Free up your mind and disperse those ongoing
negative thoughts; open your heart and let it breathe with love and acceptance. Free your body---move it, exercise it. Turn on your
spirit: Do what you love to do. You
can do it all by following the various guidelines in this book to raising your frequency.
