Your biorhythms give you a
sense of how spry you are, on various levels, in a straightforward, set, fashion. You cannot adjust or shift
your biorhythms; they are calibrated based on the day you were born. Not so
with your frequency: It is very malleable. It’s all up to you, as to how your frequency will be "situated" in your life, today
or any day.
If you’re not having a good
day, or if you’re feeling inclined to
not have a good day, change it. You
can do a number of practices, exercises or habits that will raise your
frequency, and bring your happiness and comfort levels up to great
heights---today or any day.
If you’re feeling sad,
depressed or just lethargic, taking even little steps to raise your frequency
will surely give you a better life---today.
And if you continue this modus operandi as often as you can, you will start
to find great surprises coming your way, in little packages, and sometimes in
pretty big ones. The trick is not to focus on what you want or what you wish
you had, but rather, to leave it up to your high frequency to bring you exactly what you need, which is most
often exactly what you wanted; you just didn’t know it.
The thing to focus on is
whatever you purposefully do, in order to raise your frequency. The outcome of what makes you happy should
be left to your frequency. If you're at work, do some deep breathing, drink lots of water---stay away from coffee and junk food: They bring down your frequency by quantum measures; don't bank on getting some kind of instant rush that will soon bring you way down. On longer breaks, go outside by
water, such as a fountain, lake or pool; sit under a tree, next to flowers,
a sculpture or anything that you find to be lovely and uplifting. Feel the air on your skin, smell the roses---or any flower, plant or tree. Enjoy the gift of the weather itself, no matter how it is.
Be conscious of where you go, what you do and how you are thinking, when you take these special moments in your special day. All these things raise your frequency by leaps and bounds. Get work and seeming problems out of your head and revel in your heart, in your mind and in your spirit!

how you feel and where you are, within yourself---just for today, just for this
moment.
