You may be feeling “up” and
happy, and that everything in your world is going along just great. Then, “something” happens---like
you get a parking ticket or moving violation. There you were, singing along to
one of your favorite old ‘60s tunes, and you see those red lights spinning
around, accompanied by a chilling siren---all aimed at you. How did that happen? “My frequency must have been ‘up’, since I was feeling really good
and life seemed to be going smoothly."
This kind of a situation can
be quite perturbing when you are not fully present and focused in your life.
You may have been working on raising your frequency, steadily and consistently;
thus, you would be feeling chipper, mellow and relatively comfortable in your
skin. If a surprise jolt comes around in your life---that could have been avoided by you---that is when you need
to take inventory of your actions, words, thoughts and intentions.
Keep in mind that the higher you
rise in frequency, the harder you might fall, when you’ve messed up. Maybe you
swore at someone,
yelled something nasty at a
driver who cut you off, gossiped about someone, drank too much (alcohol), cheated on a test. Whenever you
sabotage yourself by veering away from your alignment with Universal
principles, your frequency automatically drops, and something unpleasant is likely to happen---and not in the too-distant future.
It’s just the nature of things---the way Life works.
Life is
fair. Its rules are meant to teach us
how to live as spirits in an earthly body and domain. Without mishaps on our
part, we won’t learn; we’ll just keep making mistakes, and not progress on our
spiritual path---which is the soul’s purpose.
When you feel like you’re
sailing freely and happily, that’s when you need to take special care in
monitoring your ways, so that you don’t get caught in a mess that you might
have made. Feeling happy and free is not always a sign of living a
high-frequency life. You’ve got to be feeling safe within yourself, as well. There is a certain groundedness that
one feels when they are securely ensconced at their customarily raised
frequency. Besides feeling this
natural phenomenon, it is a very good idea to scan your mind---checking to see
how well you have been keeping up with your frequency-raising routine. Have you
hurt anyone’s feelings, taken someone or something for granted, drunk milk out
of the bottle, knowing that someone
else in the house would not appreciate that? Yes: Seemingly little things that
we do, think or say, can result in “little” setbacks or
annoyances in our day. The more ego-centered and thoughtless things we do are
bound to cause us an encounter with some form of unpleasantness. Small
slip-ups, disappointing results and unexpected misfortune---such as a lost or
stolen wallet---are clear signs that you’d be wise to get back on the
frequency-raising track.
The more Universal principles
that you incorporate into your daily living, the more vigilant you will have to
be with yourself. It’s up to you, as to how high you wish your personal
vibration to be. A truly happy, healthy, comfortable and peaceful life is what
we all want. Reaching a place of grace and freedom comes with attention to your
personal, spiritual agenda. Be vigilant with yourself in your mind, heart,
spirit, emotions and body. If you make a mistake, it’s ok; it happens to every
one of us. That’s how we learn; that is how we grow. Learning and growing take
us to greater and better living. Don’t beat yourself up for screwing up.
Instead, be thankful that you now have the know-how to implement the Laws of Life in your own, personal
world.
The worst thing you can do,
when you find your life spiraling downward, is to keep spiraling downward! Catch it. Turn yourself around. The
Universe is always forgiving. You can whip yourself back up to your whirling
frequency in no time at all. All you have to do is be dedicated to your own frequency-raising
purpose.
Love yourself.
Love yourself.
