Whatever goes into your system---be it your mental, emotional or your physical system---has an effect on your overall well-being; and that includes the well-being of your frequency---i.e. how powerfully it resonates, how much positive energy it brings into your life. Food resonates at different frequencies, based on how much life is in it.
Essentially, that is what
frequency is: Life Energy!
Food that is not alive has
basically no frequency. Any food that has been stripped of its natural essence---e.g. white flour
products, all processed foods, all irradiated foods, foods with pesticides and
preservatives---has a much lower vibratory rate (if any at all, in many cases)
than live, untainted food. Certified Organic fruits, vegetables and grains are
your best bet. If you eat other foods, and you want them to be as high a
frequency as possible, check the labels of canned and packaged foods; try to
stay away from preservatives and irradiated foods. Ask the butcher in your
market how the animals are treated and raised; the conditions under which farm
animals are treated certainly affects the condition of the foods that are
produced from them.
If you consistently eat a lot
of fresh, raw (or mildly cooked) vegetables and fruits, drink a lot of purified
water, and introduce minimal amounts of other foods into your diet, you should
notice a change in yourself: You will have more energy, you will look younger
and healthier, you will sleep better, and your entire self will be
more balanced and happy.
Staying in tune with all
things natural is a sure way to keep your frequency operating at a high rate.
There are natural, cyclical patterns that apply to food. Some fruits,
vegetables and grains grow only at certain times of the year, and only in
certain parts of the world. Keeping your diet in sync with our planet’s food
cycles will keep you in smooth attunement with Nature’s Process. We humans are part
of Nature. So, for example, if pomegranates do not normally grow in July where
you live, then don’t eat pomegranates in July. If the frequency where you live
is not attuned to the frequency of pomegranates in July, then neither are you.
Try to eat foods that are only in season where you live.
The higher your frequency
climbs, the more in tune you become with your Higher Self. That is when you
receive more poignant and frequency messages regarding what is good for your
body and what is not. Listen to those messages; the more you do, the more your
Higher Self will communicate with you, often providing valuable information for
keeping your life and frequency in shape.
