All too often, I hear people say that they’ve got “just too
much work to do”, “too many things to take care of”, “not enough time to do
what needs to get done”. On the
contrary, there is always time to get plenty done, within a spiritually
designed personal system of going about one’s daily activities. Moving about
like an automaton, focusing only on the mundane aspects of one’s life, is
exhausting---primarily to the spirit. Solely living a mundane existence,
without the intermittent connection to spirit, seriously diminishes the power
that your spirit can provide you with, to enable you to have more energy,
stamina, a strong, positive mind, with plenty of time for you to do more things
that you really want to do.
This may seem odd to you, but unless you take on the
challenge, you’ll never know.
Once you get into the groove of tending to your spirit side
as much---or more---as to your human
side, you will begin to know what it is really like to thrive as a spirit residing in a physical body. That is, you will
experience an easier, more fulfilling and flowing life, day to day. The choice
is completely up to you: you put that one step forward, toward raising your
frequency---even if it’s just a tiny bit, to begin with---and your life starts
falling into place. You might not even notice it right away; but “right away”
is how soon the effect actually takes place. Once you shift your energy field,
everything around you must shift, in kind; it’s just the Nature of things.
Take time to do those things that are in keeping with
Universal principles, and you will gradually align yourself with higher
frequencies that will open more space for you to make time for those things
that you really want to do---that will make you happy.
Take time to meditate everyday, and by doing so, you will
open up parts of yourself and parts of your life that you never had imagined
ever existed. Take time to write in a journal every day, and you will find out
areas of yourself and others that will strip away needless mental chatter that
uses up and wastes tremendous energy and personal power. Take the time to
express some form of creativity. Your spirit must be urging you on to do so---non-stop,
I’m guessing; have you been ignoring its urgings? Probably so, if it is still
nagging you. Making use of your creativity makes for a more buoyant, flavorful,
effective life---and it makes time for you to do other things with more energy,
zest and pizzazz.
Take the time to take care of basic, practical things, such
as managing your money, keeping your “house” clean and tidy, putting your
things in their proper places. It takes a lot less time to put your keys, phone
or wallet in a specific place, rather than not paying attention to where you
put them, and thus, wasting time having to look for them. Even those seemingly
trivial things are not trivial at all: Taking proper care of your belongings gives you more time and space and a stress-free life to fill
those accumulated freed-up moments with more time to spend doing something that
fills your life with substance; joy, peace, stability, patience and a relaxed
mind, body, heart, spirit and soul.
Take time to do one thing differently tomorrow that you know will make a difference in your
precious life. Take time to do something of a “high frequency” that will move
the invisible atoms of your being to a level of living whereby
you somehow manage your life with
aplomb, manifestation and better control over your Self and your surroundings.
