A balanced life
results in a balanced frequency. The one cannot exist without the other.
Likewise, an imbalanced life is cause for an imbalanced frequency; it
rises as often as it falls. Without a balanced way of living, one throws
their entire energy askew. It is impossible to manage a healthy life
when one of the tires of your soul’s Earth vehicle (that’s you, in human
form) is always flat. In fact, it is impossible to have a healthy life
when balance is not a prime factor in the design of one’s way of living.
Balance and coordination work hand-in-hand. When a life is balanced, it is much easier to coordinate all of one’s activities and responsibilities. When one’s body is balanced, his or her movements and overall bodily functions are better coordinated. When a checkbook is balanced, one is better able to coordinate the management of his or her money.
All of Life is naturally balanced. It was deliberately and magnificently designed that way; otherwise, everything in the Universe would go topsy-turvy. Simply put, there would be no Universe. Even on our relatively small planet, balance is the chief factor to its existence. The ebb and flow of the oceans are balanced by the phases of the moon; the weather around the planet is balanced, so that in one hemisphere it is warm, while in another it is cold. If the globe were not balanced, it would not be able to spin on its axis, let alone zoom around our sun in perfect coordination with all the other planets of our Solar System—and all of that, in perfect synchronization with the rest of the Universe!
Without opposites, there would be no central balancing point. The yin and the yang of all of Life are the basis for balance; they establish a perfectly coordinated, spectacularly choreographed dance in which we all partake in an infinite number and variety of ways.
Is the dance of your life balanced and well choreographed? Do you allow for the proper balance of ebbs and flows—rest and activity? Is your eating balanced? Do you manage your time and energy in a balanced manner? Do you balance your work time with your playtime? Every facet that forms the gem that is your life needs to be in balance with all the other facets, in order for it to shine and have the value of its true worth.
Listen to your Cosmic Trainer—it is your Higher Self communicating with you, telling you what is best for your overall well-being. When a message comes through to you that you need a break, don’t ignore it. Ignoring a message from your Higher Self is a sin against the God Essence within you. It isn’t a “sin” in the conventional, traditional sense, whereby one commits a moral felony, based on warped human perceptions and rigid precepts of what’s right and wrong. In fact, there are no sins, per se, in the real world—in the Realm of the Infinite, where only love and peace abide. Therefore, not paying attention to the promptings of your Higher Self is a “sin” only in the sense that you diminish the value of your own living experience. The intent of your Higher Self is unequivocally and without exception that of your best and highest interest.
In order to maximize on your work, your play, your time with family and friends, and your hobbies and chores, you must know when to stop. Engage in all of your activities for a time—a time that doesn’t tax your psyche or sap your energies. Once you go beyond the natural time limit, you no longer maximize your potential; you actually detract from it. Rather than pushing beyond your limit, pull back and relax into equipoise. Do the opposite of what you were putting so much energy and focus into. If you were doing something that required much mental concentration, take a break and go do something physical. Give your mind an opportunity to coast for a while. That is how it can recharge, so that when you return to your mental work, you can take it on with a refreshed, zesty approach.

You Have the Tools with which to Balance Your Life
Aim to balance all the areas of your life. It doesn’t have to be a complicated juggling act; you simply need to allow yourself a give and take of your energies and your focus. If you don’t plan it out, your body, mind and spirit will do it for you. They will tell you when you need to rest and when you need to eat—and stop eating. You will know when it is good for you to exercise, and when it is not. If your frequency is resonating at a high vibratory rate, your entire “team” (body, mind, emotions and spirit) will always be there for you, as a kind of personal Cosmic Trainer, who tells you how much to do and for how long.Listen to your Cosmic Trainer—it is your Higher Self communicating with you, telling you what is best for your overall well-being.
