Take a look around your
house, apartment, condominium or anywhere else you live. Does it look “right”
to you? Does it feel right to you? If
your answer is “no” to both questions, and your abode is not cluttered, dirty
or messy, then maybe what your place---might benefit from is a lift in frequency! If it’s just “ok”,
then it’s probably not “ok”.
Taking your place of
residence to a higher level of frequency not only improves the energy,
appearance and feel of it; it also
improves your own energy, appearance
and how you feel about yourself.
Here are some suggestions as
to how you can raise the frequency of where you live: From a feng shui point of view, live plants,
water (such as a fountain---inside or out), mirrors, incense or essential oils
and chimes (including gongs and those made of shells and bamboo) all add life and power to your domain, and beauty in the way of appearance,
fragrance and sound. These are truly energizing elements that begin to raise
the entire frequency of any room in your place immediately. Crystals are also good for hanging here and there;
they bring color and reflection, which add to the loveliness and attraction of
positive energies into your energy field.
Pay close attention to where you place the items. Take your
time in deciding what looks (or smells or sounds) right, as well as what feels right. Tune into the experience.
This is not an experiment to see if it works. It does work. But you are
an integral part of this transformation and transcending of the energies in and
around you. By adding natural elements to your home (that is, anywhere you live), you
bring in very positive earth and ethereal
elements which blend in with the earthiness of your domain; this maximizes the
powerfully uplifting energies that these elements help to bring into the place
you call “home”.
Just taking care of yourself
is extremely conducive to raising the frequency of wherever you are, let alone where you live. When you meditate inside your sacred space, you
bring that space to very high levels of frequency. Having healthy, happy pets
and playing high-frequency music do the same thing---especially when it’s on a
regular basis. By the way, “high-frequency music” can be calming, inspiring, ,
beautiful and uplifting to your psyche. If it’s jarring and makes you feel
anxious or uncomfortable, you’ll know
that it’s not music that raises your frequency. Conversely, a lot of noises in
the home arena can dramatically bring the frequency there way down: televisions, machines, yelling, screaming, slamming
doors, etc. can wreak havoc on an apartment’s, condo’s or house’s frequency.
Think about taking inventory
of the sounds, sights and odors in your living space. Do they blend well with one
another, creating a welcoming, comfortable and pleasing environment? Do they spawn
a harmonic frequency throughout?
