There are plenty of things that you can do outside of yourself, in order to raise your frequency. And there are a lot of things you can do inside of yourself, to raise your frequency, as well. There are so many options that you can choose from; thus, you can always be sure that you’ll be raising your frequency, in one way or another. But consider this: If you only focus on raising your frequency from the outside, you will---yes---continuously be raising your frequency; but will you ever be able to stop raising it? That is, will you ever give yourself a break; and during that break, will your frequency still be raised high…on its own?
Unless you work on yourself on the inside, the outside dynamic of
frequency-raising always has a deadline. So, listening to music, exercising,
dancing, being with friends, frolicking in water, and taking walks, are all
excellent ways to heighten the zip of
your frequency; but none of those pleasures and activities can be integrated within you, not for the long, continuous
haul.
There are nooks and crannies
in all of us that develop or collect certain energies that we could do without.
Those energies can accumulate counterproductive habits, lead to self-limitation
and cause drastic impacts on one’s life if they are not paying attention to
what’s going on inside of themselves.
The stuck areas within us need to be checked out and obliterated, if we are to
cleanse the psyche of those inner demons that do nothing but hold us back from
that “better, happier, more peaceful person” that we are all destined to
become---that we all have the right to become.
That’s the way energy works
within us. Holding onto anything negative in your character, in your relationships,
or in your work, for example, is bound to chip away at the best you that you are entitled to be. Getting down to the
nitty-gritty, when it comes to cleaning out the shady areas inside you, is a
major factor in catapulting your frequency to high, high levels. Once you do that, whether you spend time with
friends, play racquetball, go to a concert, dance the jig, or not, your frequency
will have already been set in place---a very high place---where it cannot be
jiggled loose because your inner being
will already be resting at a high vibration. Though outside stimulation is
definitely a must, for all of us, it is not enough to skyrocket your frequency interminably.
A lot of people have a hard
time facing their less desirable traits. It may be difficult, at first, to
annihilate anything within your behavior, personality, character---integrity,
fear factor, etc., that you know is holding you back; but once
you do, you can keep going stronger, empowering yourself more and more, with
every negative bit of you that you end up conquering. Our thirty-second
President of the U.S.A. was right, when he said, “There is nothing to fear but
fear itself.”
You will continue to feel
lighter and freer and happier, as you shed those parts of yourself that weigh
you down---no matter what they are. Spend
your time living your life the way you want it to be ---and the way you want
yourself to be. Living at a high frequency all
the time is the way to go. Challenge yourself, motivate yourself, support
yourself, love yourself, free yourself.
