There are so many ways in
which anyone can raise their frequency.
You might need to acclimate
yourself to the idea of coming up with ideas on how to raise your frequency;
but I’ll bet that you do at least twenty-five things, every day, that actually
raise your frequency. Here’s a makeshift list that I’ll provide right here. I
wouldn’t be surprised if most people do some or most of these things every day:
Brush
your teeth
Take a shower or bath
Smile
Doze or take a nap
Take a break: read, call a friend, go for a walk, just relax
(a possible total
of five---one for each activity)
Eat at least one thing
that is good for you
Care about your appearance
Hum, whistle or sing along with a song on the radio or
headphones
Laugh (but not at someone’s expense)
Relish in the weather
Pray
Give someone a compliment
Ring chimes or a bell(s)
Smell
the roses---or any other flower; notice the
fragrance of freshly-cut grass, food cooking
Apologize when necessary
Doodle or draw
Change your furniture around; moving
even one piece counts
Get a massage---or massage your own hands, arms, feet, face, legs
Get a massage---or massage your own hands, arms, feet, face, legs
Give someone a hug, caress or kiss
Admire clouds, a tree, a baby, a building or a garden---or
anything else, for
that matter that is fascinating, pretty, intriguing
Prepare a meal for someone else
Do your job well
Do something generous, kind or considerate
Drink plenty of water

Taking care of yourself,
helping others, nourishing your senses, doing those things that bring you peace of
mind, heart and spirit, all contribute to raising your frequency. Depending on
the degree to which you do those seemingly “little” things will determine how powerfully you galvanize your
frequency.
To some degree, you can
determine whether your frequency is vibrating at optimal levels, stagnating
or drooping, by monitoring your daily behavior---toward other people, the
environment, as well as yourself and your own environment. (And let’s not forget the
animals.)
So, as long as you are
treading through life meaningfully, thoughtfully and
conscientiously, you’ve already got a head start toward charging your personal vibratory
rate toward a greater magnitude than where you are, right now.
Once you’ve got “the basics”
in line, you can then incorporate adjunct practices into your ongoing earth
adventure. Of course, you can always maximize on
what you’re already doing with your basic modus operandi. For example, you may
not be eating “bad foods”, but are they really good foods for optimal health?
By moving one or more steps
up the frequency ladder, you then generate a
lot more momentum and high quality life energy that will unequivocally bring
you “greater goods” into your personal magnetic field. If you’ve
been walking the dog, as your current form of “exercise”, you can really rev up
your frequency by taking your “workout” to much higher levels,
such as jogging, joining a gym or playing tennis. If you’re not particularly
fond of someone at work, school or socially, and you’d rather just ignore them
than interact with them, how about pulling out a lot of very high-frequency
stops….and start showing some friendliness toward them. That is a biggie in
frequency raising. You don’t have to become buddies with them; but showing some
kind of “niceness” will give your very life some huge bonus points.
All in all, raising your
frequency is basically about living in accordance with Universal principles. Have
you seen the license plate frame or bumper sticker that says, “What would Jesus
do?”
Well, what would Jesus do? What would Buddha, Mohammed or Gandhi do?
What would anyone with an open heart,
a quiet mind,
a caring spirit and a
powerful soul do? What would you do?
Take a second or two to think
about making dramatic shifts in your life. Your fortune says: You will be happy---and so will the
world around you.
