Though all of those desires may be achieved by raising your
frequency, the end all driver for meditating is to hook up with the highest
possible life energies, so as to bring you into alignment with Cosmic
forces---i.e. the Universe, the God Force, Divinity. Once we achieve those
heights that bring us to a level of merging with those Cosmic forces, then,
anything is possible. Much of it has to do with how we meditate and how often.
It may take you some
time---days, weeks, maybe longer; but probably not longer than a few weeks if
you are consistent in your meditation sessions.
There are different levels of
meditation. If you’re a beginner, you can achieve great satisfaction in your
meditative practice by following this simple guide. This format establishes the
optimal means to successful meditation. If you are unable to follow any of the
guidelines exactly, do the best that you can, based on your specific
circumstances.
-Meditate as
close to sunrise or sunset as possible.
-Wear loose clothing---nothing tight around your waist,
ankles, neck,
wrists or fingers.
-Your back should be straight at all times; so either
sitting up or lying
down is fine;
however, you may tend to fall asleep if you lie down,
particularly in the initial sessions of your
meditation.
-The darker the
room you meditate in, the better.
-There should be no disturbance from any kind of noise; take your
phone off the hook.
-Once you’re settled, close your eyes and begin by breathing
deeply,
deep down from your
abdomen. Don’t breathe lightly through your
nose; pull the air up
from your abdomen to your chest and strong
through the “lower” part of your throat.
Breathe strong and long.
-If thoughts enter your mind---as they will---ignore them and
wipe your
mind clean every
time. Eventually, you will train your mind so that
you will not be interrupted by mental chatter.
-After you have taken nine or ten long, deep breaths, see a
bright,
dazzling light, such as our sun---about the
size of a medium-size
watermelon---gently land on your feet.
-It’s
very important to keep your focus on the
light. Now, watch the
ball of light move somewhat slowly and
smoothly up your legs,
through your torso, along both arms, then back
to your throat area.
Give it a few seconds there. Then allow the ball of light to continue
on up to the middle of your forehead, just
between your eyebrows.
Then, have it stop there. Focus on the ball of
light for the rest of
your meditation.
With
daily practice, you will gradually reach a state of sublime
relaxation, mental clarity and alertness, along
with a magnificent
sense of freedom and lightness of being.
The suggested meditative format above is primarily for beginners,
though
it is useful for one and all. The more you meditate, you may very well
find yourself developing new techniques within your meditation
sessions.
This is excellent if you are moving in a direction in which you feel more charged and elevated.
Follow the guidance of your higher Self; you may become amazed by how
powerful and "awake" you will feel, as you continue on your
